Endo-DCR: the future of lacrimal surgery.

I recently introduced endoscopic lacrimal surgery in our Hospital in Barcelona. A minimally invasive alternative for the conventional, lacrimal surgery for watery eyes, in which we open the nasal bone and nasal mucosa through an incision in the skin on the side of the nose. The endo-DCR is a great option for young people who want to avoid a scar on the side of the nose. Of course this treatment option is also offered in our private practice in Barcelona at Turó Park Medical Center.
